Subject: Dear MAR Families

We understand that many dance schools, teachers, and dance families have questions and concerns directly related to the recent news of some schools exiting CLRG for another organization.

In an effort to address your concerns and to prevent others from following, we are hosting a zoom town hall meeting for any teacher or parent who would like to attend. We will endeavor to address our missteps regarding recent child sexual molestation claims and adjudication scandals, and provide a way forward for those that remain supportive of CLRG and its partners.

The town hall meeting will be held via ZOOM on Sunday, July 19th at 7:00pm.

We are inviting those who may have questions/concerns to email us at marboard2020@gmail.com prior to Friday, July 17th, as we will address and answer all questions directly at the town hall meeting. You may also provide questions via posting on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

Please note that this meeting will not discuss the MARO or any other unrelated topics. As stewards of Irish dance in the Mid-Atlantic Region, we will schedule additional parent meetings to remain as transparent as CLRG will allow under current circumstances.

In order to receive the ZOOM MEETING ID, please sign up below no later than Friday, July 17th. Please share this sign up link with any others that you feel might be interested in attending. We hope that you will be able to join us as we work towards addressing the organizations strengths and failures.
