I am a 30 year old single male in a rural area; I am an orchardist living by myself on the family farm. I’m am the uncle of a 12 year old boy, my older sister’s son. She is a single mom and has used formal spanking discipline for him since he was five years old. Of course he received impromptu swats on his bare bottom before that, but not stripped naked, over the lap spankings. I have not been his primary disciplinarian, but have helped reinforce obedience and respect when he stays here with me. He receives hand spankings, over the lap, after his clothing has been removed (that is how my sister and I were disciplined as children, and she has followed that same paradigm with Donnie). Over the last couple of years, she has had me take a greater role in his discipline, though she does still spank him occasionally. My sister knows that I was disciplined with a belt beginning at age 13, and she had me get a wide leather strap made for Donnie, but I have not used it (yet). I look forward to participating in discussions here, and to learning from those who already use a belt or strap for their children. I am active in a couple of other spanking forums, but this is my first post here.
