Thanks guys :)

I have been playing around and here are more details.

The logic board has good PRAM battery, it gives the correct time even when it was left on the table for 1 hour.

Yes Brendan, I don't know how many other People are also experiencing this problem, but the 6500 lb inside the 6500 case does the same thing for me, it chimes, nothing happens....30 s...screen LED + 6500 case LED on. HDD spins....everything goes here.

Infact, the same thing happen when the LB is in the colour classic the exact same thing happened....except the screen doesn't turn on....:(

Now, when I put the 6300/100 LB into the colour classic, it worked perfectly, the 6500/300 also worked perfectly in it's own case.

hmmm... maybe this is offtopic but I also have a 6400/180 and I exchanged the RAM's between it and the 6500/300, it worked with no aparent difference, I mixed and matched with all possible combination and it still worked....so I really wonder about this --EDO vs FPM thing and refresh rates of RAM...do they really matter??

reset button doesn't work Stuat. :(

What could possibly go wrong? it worked with the original case and the 6400 case.....

Checking voltage...I have no idea how to perform that ;p
