It depends on the logic board in your CC...

If your CC is a straight Mystic (575 logic board in a CC), or any prior CC logic board form factor board (CC, CCII, 5x0), then no, you'll have to use a SCSI Zip, and modify the CC's internal SCSI ribbon to allow for 2 SCSI drives (the HD and the Zip).

If the logic board you are using has an IDE bus, then yes, you can use an IDE Zip. You would have had to do at least the 630 harness mod. to have an IDE CC though.
