I would venture to guess it's either a weak solder joint or a loose component. As the machine sits there for that 1 hour, the analogue board heats up and expands, tightening the joints between connectors, traces, wires, etc. When the board cools down those joints become loose again.

Therefore, Stuart is right--look for weak/cold solder joints and repair as necessary, but *only if you know how.*
