Nope. The image, simply, doesn't come from the monitor--it's Photoshopped in. It's entirely possible that someone could install a different monitor tube into a CC case and connect said monitor to a Mac running OS X, but that is not the case with this particular photo. Besides, images on CRTs don't photograph like that--the shutter speed of the camera would cause scan lines to be visible on the screen (except if you shoot the picture at less than 1/30th of a second, which amateur photographers don't know how to do).
