Hmm - the power good signal is not a problem really. But with a lack of 3.3v on AT PSU (that still might be needed by some PCI cards) you'll still have to go with 3.3v converter which proved to be a cause of various problems for various boards.

The biggest challange in using ATX PSU would be (as for me) to wire it properly to ADB startup signals (to make it start from keyboard). It may be that it uses the same scheme as used in Macs for ages - but it may as well be just opposite.
