Subject: 575/CC with LC PDS video Question

If you put a stock 575 board in a stock CC and a stock System 7.5.5 (no modifications on anything), it will not boot all the way.

What if you added to the mix an LC PDS video card that'll draw a 640x480 (or bigger) desktop on an external monitor. Would it then boot all the way? Or, would it still trip over the internal video of the CC?

My guess is: it would still not boot because the logic board would still be trying to drive internal video at 640x480, or it would boot but only on the external monitor with the internal being blank.

I don't have the video card to try it myself though. Has anybody tried it, or is it just not possible?
