5400s take 5V DIMMs just like the rest of the PCI-based Power Macs.

LC575s can use the SIMMs from the 6100s, however.

The 6100s can probably at least be traded for useful bits; the 5400s, as Harry said, are great for building PCCs except for that 3.3V regulator problem. At least you can use the wiring harness, and they have fast (8x, usually) SCSI CD-ROM drives, which are good trading material as well.
