Basically, what he's saying is if you didn't also pull the TV tuner cable from the 63x-series Mac that you got the harness from (i.e., if there isn't anything installed on C1-C10 in the harness) then you need to install that cable.

If you did what I usually do, i.e. remove the harness with all associated cabling, then you should be OK.
