I wondered if the G3 AIO LB would fit too, and I happen to run a school lab with 14 of the big ugly buggers in it, so I checked it out (this was months ago, and it's summer now, so I'm going from memory here).
I determined it wouldn't work (at least not without huge mods to the PCC). Here's why.
1) While the LB does slide out, it does not have a CC/5xx(x)/6xx(x) style board-end connector. All of the internal connections are done with more traditional cabling (ribbons and sockets). It's more like a giant color SE than a CC.
2) The PCI slots are arranged vertically, so the cards are 90 degrees from the LB instead of parallel on a riser. That's why these monsters are so tall. The cavity for the LB is 5" or 6" tall.
3) The logic board seemed too wide. I didn't do any measurements, because of the other two things mentioned above, but it seemed to be more on the Mac IIcx/Q700/PM7x00 scale.
I think this really is just a straight G3 desktop LB inside a giant All-In-One case.
