I ran into similar problems 6 or 8 months agao, when I first put a 575 analog board in my CC. I did a second one, and I was able to get it to adjust out fairly well, to within about 1/2" on all sides, and nice and square. I had a problem along the left and right edge of the screen. One side had a red band, about 1/8" wide and the other side had a blue band. You suggested that I try to use the CRT board from the CC, which I have not done. They appear to be nearly identical, as do the analog boards themselves. Both machines use a Trinitron tube as well...
I would love to solve this mystery, since a have a HUGE supply of 575 boards at my disposal.
