Sorry for my poor skill of reading English.

Do you understand the defference between Snow&Tell, Codyceps, Alchemy and Gazelle?

Alchemy needs outer 3.3V to be booted up.
Gazelle needs outer 3.3V if it use PCI card that needs 3.3V.
(In the above both case, it needs first that whole power capacity is sufficient.
If you use G3 card, whole capacity must be short only with standard power supply.)
Snow&Tell and Codyceps don't need outer 3.3V.

If you do the TAKKY modification correctly, you will be able to make your PCC boot up.

If your PCC will not boot, there is something inadequate.
