Probably the easiest, if not cheapest, way of relabeling a Mac badge would be to have a rubber stamp made up of the name. Just print out the name in the font and size you want, take it to a place that can make rubber stamps, and a couple of days later you'll have a custom rubber stamp. Just ink the stamp in the paint color of your choice and *carefully* stamp the name on the case. A coat of clearcoat would of course be essential.
