One small problem, and I can't remember if I noted this in either this forum or on the page I put together:

The 630 back panel has a cutout for the TV/MPEG card ports up above the rest of the ports, and this cutout is right in the line of where you'd need to cut across. It's about a millimetre or two too low to be at just the right height for the straight-across cut, so you'll have a low spot in the back panel where it doesn't quite meet up with the back of the CC.

Oh, and something else to think about - the 630 panel doesn't have any EMF/RFI shielding on it. It's all on that metal upright piece on the back of the motherboard. You'd need to figure out a way to put that shielding back on. (Then again, I kinda doubt it would be a big issue...)
