ATM, my PCC has no extra PSU at all. Works fine with 6200 and 6500, bad with 5400 and 6400 boards.

We've 'watched' the various DC supply lines during power up, and the 'power off' signal which the logic board sends to the analogue board about 4 seconds into boot with the 5400 x 6400 boards.

Since we now know that 6500 boards generate their own 3.3v line, that's a major suspect, but I also wonder if the standard 5v line is drooping a bit. Next plan is to use big bench PSU to power most things!
