I have a 64Mb Simm in my 575 based Colour Classic 40MHz. Works fine -recongnises all 68Mb. Unfortunately I can't give an exact specification. It was too tall to go in - I took a hack saw to the plastic where the screw fits. (I'd hacked off plastic at the other side to fit a GV internal modem so it didn't bother me.)

The Simm has 8 chips on it, four either side in pairs either end. Samsung 53616003AK is the most significant number I could find on it. I paid $140 a year back. Steep compared to the $50 mentioned in earlier threads, but alot cheaper than a BigSimm delivered to the UK.
