Stuart is right. It took me a whole 15 min to make mine. I used the back pannel of a 630. You have to superglue the filler pannel for the video (in/out whatever, I don't have the card) , because you will be cutting off part of it. Also, you will need to break the tabs off of it, and sand it flat. You can't use the filler pannel for the comm slot, unless you do some cutting on the classic. The LC slot cover fits fine. It is SIMPLE. I don't even have a dremel. What I use for my modifications is a piece of bandsaw blade cut in half lengthwise, and wrapped in duct tape. Oh, and sandpaper is good. I put one of those self adhesive sandpaper circles for a DA Sander (It's an automotive tool.. think it means dual action, but it's really irrelevant, now isn't it?) on the top pannel of the 630 donor machine, and used it to get my cut straight. Take your time. This is art.
