Subject: Re: 64MB RAM in Mystic
In reply to: Chris Lawson 's message, "64MB RAM in Mystic" on 18:02:06 07/19/01 Thu

Recently, I bought a 128MB from

http://store.yahoo.com/memx/apl72p128.html

at US$(157 + 12.14), the RAM price on this page keeps falling (I think
at US$1 per week).

I inserted it into a LC575 board (Mystic), when boot from system 7.5.3
(system 7.5 update 2.0), it says 132MB but the system can use only 8MB.
When boot from OS8.1, it says and use 132MB.

Any idea how I can use 132MB with system 7.x.x ? I prefer older OS since
they're usually faster.

SK

PS I don't represent anything about MemoryX
