Are you really having a convergence problem, or is it just out of focus? Convergence is a real pain. If it is just blurry, the focus adjustment is about 2 inches behind the connector on the analog board, and 3/4 inch in. It is on the left hand side of the board if you are looking at the screen. You have to adjust the focus with the classic ON. Be careful. I've been fried twice, and it ain't fun. (Can kill you.) Use a plastic tool.
