Hi Betsy, my name is Ann, and I live in the Oslofjord region south in Norway. I have been quilting since 1990, and is still enjoying it very much. In 1979/80 I went to Michigan as an excangestudent. I had a wonderfull stay, and attended the senior grade at Carson City Crystal High School. I actually graduated, got my diploma and all. I`ve never returned to the US, but it is a dream to return someday. My interest in quilting didn`t begin during my stay over there, but later, after my #2 son was born. A good neighbour learned me how to sew log cabin...I went to classes to learn more, and since then the sewing machine has been running. I also like hand appliquet, paper piecing, and quilting by hand. I do love different kinds of handcrafts, but is addicted to my sewwing. I`ve never chatted on the net before, and probably allready wrote too long a message. Hope to hear from you. Love Ann
