Subject: Buying nappies

When starting DD, does anyone else make the receiver go into the shop with you to buy supplies e.g. nappies, wipes, baby oil? I did this the other day with my son, he was kicking up a fuss when we were out and about so I snapped and said we’re going to the supermarket to buy nappies for you, and you’re coming with me!

He was very embarrassed, more so by the fact that as soon as I’d bought them, I took him to the disabled toilet/baby change to put him in the nappy.
