There are various things you can use like figging with ginger . Plugs which will put pressure on the bladder via the anus . Your 4 yr old should wet easily . You haven't mentioned if they are babied or is it just DD . Humiliation can be a great incentive to do as told . Making them use the potty or changing them in front of others . Catheters are good short term but long term can lead to bladder incontinence . Lastly there is the reward scheme where you reward with either something they like or orgasm for being good .
