>I stick by two rules when giving enemas . One . Never put anything anally that you wouldn't consume orally . I never use soap as the sodium can cause heart problems .
Two . Never warmer than body temperature .
Gloves are optional but wash your hands well or use hand sanitizer if not using gloves .
