The sounds quite good - like we do it with our two girls during holidays.
Both of our girls are chronic masturbators and always sleep in diapers and spreader pants at night. This curbs their horniness somewhat, but they still collect a lot of penalty points which they then have to work off during the holidays. That's why for them, vacation time is diaper time. They are much easier to control during the diaper phases and this still has an effect later on. After a while, however, their behavior becomes more problematic again and they start collecting points again.
I am in favor of strict diaper use for older children and can only recommend 24/7 during the holidays.
