Don't give her the most severe punishments, but am strictest with the youngest.

And yes, also used her as example.
Both as demonstration to the babysitter how I want them spanked if they misbehave.
And punished her in front of other kids that stayed with us for a while as group warning to all.
She can be a bit of a drama queen, and I use that to my advantage.
