We use liquid soap in a dispenser, I do it by feel to be honest, same with the water temperature, so I couldn't tell you how much it is. I usually prepare a bowl with hot water and soap to fill the bulb from and then I add hot water if it gets too cold, so the later enemas are more diluted than the first, especially if the kids fuss a lot. I fill and empty the bulb one time each.

In addition to this, the two oldest get salt water enemas on fridays. They're not to clean their rectum but to clean their emotions, so to speak. The usual amount is one litre for the younger one and two for the older, but I add water if the older one is allowed to masturbate during the enema so the flow continues unril he finishes.

We use latex gloves, nobody in our family is allergic.

The changing table is just a sturdy dresser with a pad. The lowest drawer has a pull-out cover so the kids can use it as step to get onto the table without our help.
