Yes, my boys are full of energy and fun I’m so grateful for them every day!

When it comes to First Time Obedience (FTO), I’m very intentional about teaching them to obey right away. I explain clearly what I expect, and I’m quick to act if they don’t obey immediately. The plastic spoon is always with me—it’s my gentle but effective tool! Usually, there’s just one warning swat to remind them that listening the first time is very important.

Discipline in our home is always rooted in God’s love and guidance. After any correction, we pray together and talk through how to do better next time, which helps keep their hearts soft and growing in Christ.

I’d love to hear how others encourage FTO and discipline too!
