This is not to insult your intelligence, but I would just like to further your correction of Jay and say that "355" and "577" chords (implied that they are played on the E, A, D or A, D, G strings) are actually G5, A5 and C5, D5, respectively. G, A, C, D all imply major chords and the chords Jay mentioned are simply the root note and their fifth played with an extra octave root.

I only post this to satirize the meticulousness that is so prominently displayed on this board. I do, however, agree with your view points posted previously and appreciate that someone at least tries to not stand for musical ignorance.
