Subject: here comes the Jinx

This is totally stupid--but here goes.

5 games to glory.

We beat Rider and Canisius on the road. Rider sounds like the easier game, Canisius has some injured players--so lets hope they get better, but after we play them. We then take that momentum and beat Iona in New Rochelle--Jenkins is out for the rest of the year, and now we have Deng and Ajou. We then take that momentum and somehow pull off what would be, in my opinion, the most difficult win by beating Siena in Albany.

That sets up a home showdown on a Thursday night with our third ESPN "mid-major Top Ten". The Arena gets packed with Students--in my opinion there is no replacement at a college game--and Fairfield takes down the Jaspers and the annoying Gonzo for what will be there 7th in a row.

They will be 12-5, have beat three solid mid major top tens--and we find ourselves "ranked" in ESPNs poll the next morning.

Like that optimism, but that would be tough to do with 4 road games on the horizon. Each of the 4 games will be more difficult than the prior.

@Rider
@Canisius
@Iona
@Siena

Canisius is banged up with Hodari Mallory not playing vs iona tonight, and Y Moton Sprull being wheeled out in a wheel chair. Dewitt Doss has already decided to redshirt, and Toby Foster might do the same. Hoever Canisius is playing very well, and will be tough to beat in Buffalo. Brian Dux is playing like Sean Kennedy.

But you are right, if we can do some damage on the Road, Manhattan awaits us at home with the students back.
