Subject: IKON, Voy, Arborwood, or Other

Voy is back up, but it still seems to be slow. Right now we will keep both Message Boards active, but we will have to choose where are future home is going to be. As soon as the season is over we can make the choice, after evaluating the options.

- Voy is too slow, and now is unreliable. The only advantage is that many other Hoop sites are on it (MAAC, A-10, Patriot) and it gives the same look and feel.

- IKON. I like the speed, but not many other Hoop sites on it. I have put a link to the IKON Board at the top of this page so new or existing posters can find it.

- Arborwood. Very good speed, and Iona and Siena are on it. This might the right choice, but they are not accepting any new Forums at this time. I think that they might have closed new applications when Voy went down.... just so that they would not get a bunch of new forums started just because of Voy's trouble.

- Other Forums. There are other Free and Pay Sites. Pay Sites means that I fork out the money, not you. Money is no object with me, as I get handsomely rewarded by people buying me beers (lol)

I would like to choose a site that is fast, reliable, ease of use, and fiscally sound so that we don't have to change ever 2 years. The Fairfield Message Board was under Rivals for 2 years and Voy for 2 years..... seems like a time to change.
