Subject: Loyola Game - live report

Workman like win even though we missed a lot of 3 pointers... in and out.

Great to see Rob Thomson have a very good game. He became the main iinside option for a while and he delivered. Goes to show that if he is given the ball in the right position, then he can score. The middle was not clogged and the extra PT was good for him. Also played tough on defense and the boards.

Ajou played his best game. Look his best on the boards, and was running better. He passed on some open 3's, but was taking the ball down low, and was effective. Showed a lot of energy. I am prooud of him that he is really trying to get back to his old self..... but it will still probably take more time.

I liked that Todd hit some 10 foot jumpers, instead of trying to tak it too far underneath. He can be very effective on that stop and pop scenario.

Oscar showed an outside shooting touch with 3 baskets beyond 15 ft.

Bell a nice 3, and taking it to the hoop, but would like to see him put the ball on the floor more and create. I feel he can be effective if he tries to create his own opportunities. If he wants to be a guard, he has to do that.

Nice game by Delfico, but he had the most in & out shots he was just missing on having a great game.

Gai was strong on boards and blocks..... did not see any efects from an ailing stomach.

Hey Joe, did you get to Baltimore early and get the one pound hamburger again? Still amazed by your awesome feat of being able to conquer that giant burger a couple of years ago!

You bet. I got there a little early so I bellied up to the bar at Alphonso's and tried to order just the 1/2 pound burger, but they said I could not order from that menu..... but the bartender said that he was confident that I could handle the 1-pounder. My reputation must have preceeded me.... however my jersey was not up on the wall with Jonny Unites, Ray Lewis, and Brooks Robinson.

Well this 1-pound Burger will take about 6 months to Digest.
