Subject: Let's give the MAAC some credit......

for the format of the tourney this year. The fact that FU was playing 3 in a row was probably one factor in the sluggishness of the Stags...also, imagine how beat the Jaspers would have been if they had played on Saturday, then had the double OT game. So despite some of the other decisions the MAAC has made, this format seems to be a great way to get a strong representative of the league in the dance.

And don't forget, the MAAC makes more $$, and the schools make more $$, when their team advances in the dance.
