I'd be very surprised to see the type of game we had 10 days ago, a tale of 2 halves. Hopefully we don't fall behind as we did then, and the home crowd becomes the 6th man (sorry, JS). I'm looking for a large vocal crowd like the MC game, and one which will be as close, if not closer than 7 points. Don't be surprised if it goes down to the wire, maybe OT. This home game and the Niagara away game are the 2 toughest left on our schedule. Goode gives up about 17 inches to Karangua, sure to be an all-MAAC selection, now playing PG for Siena. He is a slasher and will try to post up down low. Gai and co. had better be ready to help out without getting into foul trouble. Siena also goes to the boards stronger than ANY team in the league, with Freshman sensation Haddix up front. This is going to be one hell of a game! GO STAGS!!!!

Despite the height advantange @ PG..Goode is just the type of kid that can disrupt Prosper.

Really wish I could get out of my office early enough to make game but will have to settle for the radio.

By the way, do not let the negative comment on the Siena board disturb you. There is a group of people there that either snipe to vent frustration or love to make known some obscure (often created) issue to bolster their ego(s).

Good Luck (but not too much) tonite:o)

I'm not so sure that I would categorize this game and Niagara away as the two toughest games remaining. Somehow I think Manhattan at Draddy should be at the top of the heap.

I went to see Seton Hall vs Georgetown last night. The Hall beat a very athletic Hoya team on their home court. SHU looked very good.

Manhattan beat Seton Hall at the Meadowlands the other day. I think the Jaspers are for real.

Agree that Manhattan away is our toughest game, followed by Niagara away, and then this Siena game.

My main concern is that Gai will get into foul trouble. Justin Miller is getting increased playing time and he has the ability to score and draw fouls on the inside..... much more than the big center Sneizyk. IMO, both teams will get a lot of fouls underneath, so our back-ups of Thomson and Ajou need to come up with big games.

I meant toughest after MC, I wasn't quite awake this morning. If we win tonite, we stay in the hunt for 1st, lose, and we open the door for someone else to sneak into 2nd.

Trust me, Haddix is a pretty good ball player but was inclined to alter his shots for very understandable reasons (as a frosh).

Miller also, tended to shy away from the Deng's.

Now both of these guys were forced to watch the game replay two hours after you blew us out at home. It'll be interesting to see if they adjust and put thosr big guys in foul difficulty.

And yes, Justin Miller might be making his late season surge.

Tend to agree your most difficult games will be @ manhattan, @ niagara and then tonite.
