What the hell are you talking about? You mean males and minorities are only admitted under the guise of being athletes in a non-scholarship sport. Because they're males or minorities, are you saying that otherwise they would not qualify? Better be careful where you're going with that; the P C Gods may be watching.

pc gods aside, the reality is that football helps generate male and minority population at colleges. it is an enrollment management tool used for universities for decades.

as the new baby boomers head to college, this may not be an issue depending on the school, its needs and its direction.
