A win like that on MSG can only help recruiting. Does anyone know of anyone we are trying to land--especially an A-10 or lower Big East candidate-- that might be swayed by a succesful Stag run in '03. By the way, I am sure the much talked about--and often criticized--substitution patterns probably appeal to incoming players who see sure playing time under this system. Funny how rosy everything looks at 7-0.

With Ajou and Garcia graduating, it would be nice to land a big man.....

Easier said than done! Most of the good ones either have gone to or will go to higher ranked conferences. Would be great to steal a Mark Young or Pete deBisshop though. We already have 2 really good players coming our way thanks to TOT.

Maybe our new number one Fan, Manute Bol has someone else from the Sudan in mind?

How about a 7'2", 240 lb. Sudanese 16 year old.

I'd love to believe you but most of the Sudanese kids that have come over are in the 210 range - especially at 16, 240 is unlikely.
Any other info? What prep program? At 16, sounds like a HS Jr instead of a Sr.

Who else is involved? If he is not a stiff, pretty much everyone, I'd guess.
