Nothing galls me worse than fair-weather fans and judging by the attendance at the Arena the past couple of years, that is exactly what FU produces.. and now that the Stags are on a roll, they will suddenly show some interest??

disgusting and unacceptable - i say ban them all - who needs them??? they should all be ashamed to show up now that the Stags are hot...

Hopefully our winning streak WILL draw more fans, whether you like it or not. Isn't that the goal, more fan support?? I've heard that it takes something like 3,000 to break even at the Arena. A winning team should begin to draw at least this many, and maybe more VOCAL fans also. That may eventually make the Arena more of a "pit" to opponents, give us more wins, and recruit better players. The cycle would then feed upon itself in a positive manner, as in the case of UCONN. They were much like us (pre- Big East) some 20 years ago, now you can't even get a ticket and they keep on winning. Perhaps that's what you're afraid of, Truth Ruth, not getting in to see those MIGHTY STAGS someday??

IMO, we should be using Siena as a model in attracting 6,000-8,000 very vocal and loyal fans for every single game. I've addressed this issue of marketing a number of times already. Think of the atmosphere in the Arena if this happens: constant winning seasons, bringing in better teams, getting ranked (?), etc.
