Subject: Guard Minutes since Bell's Mono

Here is the breakdown of guard minutes, since Bell's been out with mono.

Kudjo - 28.7mpg
Goode - 26.5mpg
Todd - 22.6mpg

I would have thought that Todd would have got increased minutes when Bell went down. That was also the same time that Todd moved into the starting line-up. But he is getting about 3 minutes less per game since that timeframe. I guess you can't complain with success, but I would like to see more of Todd, and I thought that he would be getting more like 28mpg at this stage of the year. TOT has been pushing the right buttons, but I definitely think that Todd should be in the game at the end..... when the game comes down to a half court offense. Playing with a lead, I like the Goode/Todd combo.

One of the reasons for the decrease in Todd's time might be the emergence of Kudjo. In 2003, Kudjo is averaging 9ppg, shooting 53% from the field and 33% from the arc. I would breadown the guard combo's as follows:

Todd/Kudjo - 15 mpg
Goode/Todd - 15 mpg
Goode/Kudjo - 10 mpg

I think Todd also lost some minutes due to his ankle.
