Delfico is player of the game, gets first win as a Stag in New Rochelle. Couldn't have written a better script.

I'll be the first to admit that I have been skeptical about the start, but beating Iona at their place is fantastic! The train keeps a rolling! 6-0 in the MAAC. Pinch me. I must be dreaming!

Another great win! Sounds like we were mentally tough when we had to be. (my only regret is I couldn't be there).

This is a great homecoming win for Delfico, and he really looked good. We have had some tough lossed in Mulcahy.

Got to meet JoeStag (we've known each other a few years now) and Stagal (sp?) before the game and I told them that from an Iona perspective I didn't have a good feeling about the game. Now you know why.

The better team won tonight.

But, as I told JoeStag afterwards, the third time will be the charm. See you in the finals in Trenton. :-)

If Fields doesn't foul out, we probably would have gone into OT (again). Guy, you were right about your "feeling". We may meet again, but I don't think it will be in the finals.
