Subject: TOT+New Arena+New Campus+Athletic Center=RECRUITS

Although the intent of the Administration was not basketball recruiting, the result of the recent changes at Fairfield will be better recruiting. That will translate into wins. Recruits/players like Deng Gai and the 3 freshman noticed and others will now take note. Loul Deng did. We are an impact big man recruit from a great 4 year run in the MAAC.
Our MAAC record prior to TOT should keep us humble, but the future is awful bright. The Arena at Harbor Yards is Bigger than all A10 schools,save Temple. The $100 million campus renovation makes it Big East equivalent,the academic peer group is BC, Providence and Villanova, and the practice/ weight training facilities at Walsh AC are the same as BC.
What is in common with the MAAC? Not to be elitist,but not much. Starting with Ajou Deng, TOT & staff have begun to put together a winning program. Lets get an NCAA bid and then figure out where the program goes. One step at a time.

Well said - but watch out, Truth George might correct your grammar as a point.. haha!

This program is having it's re-birth this year - the last four are meaningless at this point - as are the last 20 years of losing... TOT et al have righted this ship - the kids have guts and courage and tenacity - as well as talent - one game at a time is right!!
