Don't forget, Siena basketball is the only game in town in Albany. No matter what Fairfield does, it will always rank at least third in Southern Conn., behind the UConn women and UConn men. Sad, but true.

Where FF basketball is ranked is beyond your control, if you start getting 5 to 8000 fans a game the program will demand coverage and the ConnPost will be obliged to give it. Hard to expect coverage when your averaging 2200 fans a game. If Fairfield ups the attendances the Conn post will have no choice in the matter, if they want to sell papers and they obviously do want to sell papers. Fairfield is on the right track, you are a program on the rise
