FIRE the AD! Period, end of story. No AD at that level should be there this many years. MAAC should not be a career, it should be a stepping stone.

In fact, many of us have known that for years now. There was a time Niagara wouldn't put up with years and yeas of just losing. Heck, they got rid of Andy Walker, Pete Lonergan and Jacko after a certain amount of time losing. I agree with you that the administration doesn't give two shits about Niagara athletics, but GP and the AD must be starting to wear at least somewhat on the powers that be at NU. I mean they are still being paid good money for accomplishing nothing. GP can coach but he is not a good recruiter. I believe that after their contracts are up, GP and the AD will be shown the door.

Niagara may be financially forced to go D-3 in the near future. And even given the positive things you mentioned in your post, going D-3 will suck the life out of any fan support. So I guess it's pick your poison.
