In reply to: Maldez 's message, "Niagara at Duquesne Monday November 3....7:00 PM...ESPN+" on Thursday, October 30, 07:12:26pm

Doesn't seem near enough, but who knows what kind of team GP has put together.

I noticed on my Athletic subscription that NU is playing tonight, which in modern day parlance means 10 guys that will spend a year at Niagara will suit up against another team that probably has 8 new players.
Some fun this D1 basketball has become!
Wonder if our group of D2 and JUCO transfers will be any good?
My Niagara fandom has been reduced to “hey look, NU won a basketball game last night”.

Yeah, it's hard to generate any real enthusiasm for a roster of complete strangers every year...I'll watch the game tonight on ESPN+, because I guess I'm a masochist, but I'm not expecting much....doesn't seem to be any real stars on the team, just a bunch of role players...let's see if any of them are ready to step up.

17.5 underdogs. Can anybody name 5 guys on the roster without looking it up?

Will Shortt
AJ McBride
Justin Paige

Not even sure if the last 2 names are right.
