I have several rooms that I will sell, rent, or
lease. But, I am very specific, some would say
I'm an asshole, when it comes to accepting new
neighbors.

I certainly don't mind you smoking
hash, I own the best drug store on the ship, and
I have products that I think you may prefer to
hash, but, of course, you may acquire the drug of
your choice. I only sell the highest quality and
my prices are reasonable.

But we of the Blue ship are not insane. The owner of
the weaponry range will assure himself that you are
capable and sober before allowing your entry. He also
has precautions installed that will insure you can not
cause harm to others.

We have many rules, and they are strictly enforced by
the property owner who created them. If you don’t like
her rules, then stay off her property.

And there are general rules that apply to the whole ship.
But, they are few, since they require unanimous agreement
of all property owners.

The general rule is mostly “ and it harm none, do as thy wilt “

But, unnh, what about taxes, or fees for maintaining and
operating the ship ? How does that work ?
