Evils may steal any horse[s], mare/stally/foal any
Goods can get there horse[s] back by posting where the horse[s] are hidden
Only horse[s] that live in the same TT as the horse[s] stolen can claim back horse[s]
If an evil steals a whole family, one evil can only steal one member of the family.
if a whole family is stolen [with one evil per member] then there is no way to claim the family back.
If goods can steal evils, I am not sure, that may be a good council discussion tho' u'd need a neutral board so Rascal and Silver-Tongue can agree
