Our family has a tapestry that came from Sweden with my Great Grandmother. She said it was a tapestry similar to those hung on the walls in the Viking age. It is blue and white flax. Panal #1 is 26 feet long by 27" high. Panal #2 is 26 feet long by 26" high. They are woven together so well you cannot see a seam from the front. Along the bottom are panals 25" long and 3.5" tall which form a trim for 26 feet, and then there are 1.5" of fringe for 26 feet. All is blue and white viking symbols. She lived in Brakne Hoby which is a town where Vikings lived. Could it be 2000 years old? If it is a reproduction 100 plus years old what is it worth?
