Subject: Iraqi Poster

I'm searching for an appraisal on this 24X24 poster that I aquired while overseas. To my knowledge there is only three in the world. It was posted at an Iraqi check point, when we located this poster. It has cleared thru customs and is in very good shape. If you counld enlightment me or send me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time. It states : An IED was placed here to kill travelers on this road.
