how you train is you do like this.

"runs out of the house"
"sits down"
*does 400 pushups*
"rolls over"
*does 500 situps*
"gets up and finds a tree"
*does 1,000 pullups*
"gets down and stretches"
*runs 10 miles*
"eats some dinner, then goes to sleep"

That is how t train, make it way longer for HP, and PL, but don't copy it.
