Dora,
I went to the Landover website. Just by reading their beliefs and nothing else, it is obvious to me that they are not Christians nor Batpists.
They are the Pahrsees whom Jesus called vipers and snakes. They practice religion for religion's sake. They live by man made laws. They live by legalism and not by love. It is Christianity twisted by Satan. When these people go to God they will stand before him and say I have proficied in your name, and I won souls in your name. Jesus will answer them begone, I never knew you.
Jesus never demanded money to hear him speak. He sat with the sinners and unclean. When asked why he was there by the Pharasees Jesus responded I have come for the sinners not the saved. A doctor heals the sick not the well.
God loved you, Dora, so much that he sent his only begotten son to die on the cross for you, Dora. Jesus shed his blood to be the sin offering for the world and you personally. If you believe in Him, proclaim Him as Lord and savior, and believe in your heart that Jesus died for you, you are saved.
Salvation is a free gift from God. It can not be bought, or worked for. God gives his gift freely to all those who ask. Dora, Jesus wants you as you are no matter how unworthy you feel. He sees you as one of his children, and always will. No matter how many times you may turn away from him and no matter how you feel about yourself, Dora, Jesus will always have open arms waiting for you to come to him.
He finds more happiness when one of his lost ones returns to him than with the rest of his flock who is with him already. Because that is one more child he is able to spend eterny with.
Dora, you need to find a true church of God whom truely believes what the Bible teaches. Knowing there are many of Satan's traps and snares ready to decive you again, I'll give you some websites you can check out. Some of them will help you find a good church in your area when you are ready to go to God.

A true church of God will not have alot of ungodly laws. They want the sinners as well as the saved to come in their church. They do not make anyone pay to hear the word of God. Personally I think that that is very wrong and if not a sin definitly borders on sin. It is keeping the word from those who need to hear it the most.
The preachers I know believe in tithing, but will never force a person to tithe. Rod Parsley and others I know say if you can not give with a gald heart and/or give grudgingly keep the money. I believe the concept of tithe is to say thank you to God for everything you have given me. God's blessings is his way of saying your welcome.
Don't give up on God and Jesus because Satan has decived you. Turn to God and Jesus in your time of need. Ask and ye will receive. Seek and ye shall find.
