Subject: The Glowing One

I had a dream last night. It was a bit odd, to be perfectly honest, but I woke up crying because something in me didn't want it to be a dream. In it I sat in a circle with Jason, Maggie, and Isaiah, and we were all glowing this faint green. We shone, glimmered, melted into one another and formed this greater entity. We were within one, and of one spirit. The sentiment was incredible. The feeling exceeded euphoric. It still lingers.
It's been 8 months since he left this world, and still I remember him like yesterday. Soft blue eyes, perfect, gently flushed skin, bright infectious smile, warm embrace. Always willing to make the world laugh even if he cried inside. He always opened just a little, shared the bad in his life with me because I guess he knew I'd listen, or maybe I could give him an answer.
I still regret not being able to answer the question as to why he's gone. But he's safe now, in a haven of protection under whatever powers that be. And we'll be with him when our time comes, and should we choose it we'll walk through this world again hand in hand. Until then, all my love to the spirits who had the privelage of feeling his light....
